Meet Marvie, a Professional Makeup Artist. She comes from a family of artists in India—a country rich in creativity, where goddesses like Saraswati, representing arts, music, wisdom, and knowledge, are worshipped. Marvie has explored all possible art forms, from dance to singing to literature. You name it, and she has done it. Though she graduated in literature and initially wanted to be a teacher, her creative side led her to pursue paths that freed her from a 9-to-5 desk job.
She was a dance trainer and then an air hostess, roles she enjoyed thoroughly. After a few years, she decided to pick up a makeup brush and dive into the world of color and creativity. Since then, Marvie has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest celebrities in Bollywood and even with two prominent Hollywood Oscar-winning actors, Cate Blanchett and Hilary Swank. She served as a color consultant and product developer for Hindustan Unilever for eight years and was a grooming consultant for Jet Airways, where she trained over 100 batches.
Marvie was personally trained in a short course by Penny Delamar, the owner of the Delamar School of Makeup in London. The rest, she proudly proclaims, she has taught herself. Now, she is offering Professional Makeup Courses in India to share her knowledge and passion with you.
